• Lead the effort of connecting with the client personnel to develop any content modules coming from that source. This would include conducting appropriate interviews, documenting content and finally compiling the content module in a manner ready for inclusion into the course

• Proficiency in graphic design softwares such as Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, Macromedia Flash, Dream weaver and preferably Macromedia Captivate
• Specific exposure to animations or eLearning course design would be preferred
• Graphic/visual/UI design experience other than websites would be given higher weightage
